Upon arrival in Thailand, an
English-speaking guide from Bangkok International Hospital will meet you at
the airport. A driver, provided by the hospital, will also meet you there.
Depending on your schedule, you will all go to either the hospital or to your hotel. The
hospital has an established arrangement with several 4 and 5 star hotels
near the hospital; IMR can assist you in booking accommodations. Your guide
will accompany you as long as you find their services useful. In the event
that you arrive via air ambulance, a ground ambulance will be dispatched to
meet you on the flight deck.
